The most common requirement is a single bulky low-pressure hydrogen storage system. But these are now being replaced with much higher pressure hydrogen vessels. Each low-pressure hydrogen storage system has a valve fitted at its end. The role of the valve is to allow to close the hydrogen vessel or open it.
