This funding brings the Company's total amount of capital raised to-date to more than $95 million. The financing will allow Forge Nano to capitalize on its already growing commercial-scale nanotechnology opportunities for battery material as well as develop a battery production line to satisfy full-scale, premium battery contracts.
Forge Nano's ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) technology uses mechanical agitation and stirring to maximize gas-to-solid contact and assure repeatable coatings on batch sizes up to 1000 kilograms. It is chemistry agnostic and able to improve any common battery chemistry. Forge Nano aims to be the enabler for battery chemistries now and in the future.
